1907-FOOT-TALL SKYSCRAPER CROSSES ANOTHER HURDLE

What seems like an unlikely project to ever happen is still moving forward in Oklahoma City.   The City Council has waived all height restrictions on a project to build the tallest building in the U.S. in Bricktown.  Plans for the Boardwalk at Bricktown include three smaller skyscrapers to be built first.  If the project stays on its timeline, it would be ready for occupancy at about the same time the city opens it’s new 900-million-dollar NBA arena.
