8 days into the year and another inmate dies

The Oklahoma County jail has recorded its first death of the new year. 42-year-old Vincent Burke was found in his cell in the middle of a medical emergency. He later died at a local hospital. The cause of death is under investigation. He had been in the jail for less than a day on a DUI charge.
