By next year, Oklahomans could again be deciding the issue of legalizing marijuana for anyone over 21 years of age.  The proposal was submitted to the state this week.  Legal challenges could be filed and backers of State Question 837 need nearly 173-thousand valid signatures to get the constitutional amendment to a vote of the people.  This proposal is far different from one rejected by voters in 2023.
