Multiple rural communities now have access to books for children thanks to a partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. Families with children under within the United Way of Eastern Frontier Country service area can register to receive books mailed to them at no cost. United Way received a grant from Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative to help cover the cost of the first year of books.
