In Oklahoma, if a child’s parents give permission, they can marry an adult. State Representative Andy Fugate of Del City says that amounts of pedophilia by marriage.
One of Fugate’s three bills would end that practice, another would allow pregnant minors to receive government assistance, and a third would open a special enrollment period for pregnant children to get prenatal care.
