another lawsuit against state education department?

State Senator Mary Boren is examining legal avenues to force the state Board of education to allow her admittance to executive sessions.  Boren was blocked recently from such a meeting by the Boards lawyer claiming attorney-client privilege.  Boren is an Attorney and knew state law allows her to attend.  The state agency and its leader Superintendent Ryan Walters already face numerous lawsuits.
