The State Attorney General raises concerns with Tulsa Public Schools about a proposed location of an academy for students with cognitive disabilities. Gentner Drummond says the proposed expansion of the Transition Academy inside the former Ross Elementary site could expose them unnecessarily to as many as eight registered sex offenders. The district has tabled a plan to spend 4 million to renovate the building.
