Bill Introduced to Increase Oklahoma Park Ranger Salaries

Oklahoma park rangers could be looking at a pay raise after a bill passed through the Senate Tourism and Wildlife Committee. Senator Darrell Weaver says park ranger turnover is high due to low wages.

The bill now heads to the Appropriations Committee. If passed, House Bill 3787 will increase park ranger salaries in Oklahoma by 15 percent starting in July.
