Bixby public schools will limit cell phone usage for students inside schools and classrooms. Bixby superintendent sent a message to the district stating that students in the ninth grade and younger will no longer be able to use their phones. Those in the 10th, 11th and 12th grades can access their phones during lunch and breaks. Exceptions will be used for students who use their phones for medical purposes.
