Bob Anthony Looks into Public Utility Bond Deal Increasing Customer Costs

CLICK HERE to listen to details from Radio Oklahoma’s Bob Sands.

An in-house one-page public utility bond deal audit fell short of satisfying an Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner.

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner, Bob Anthony is not giving up on getting to the bottom of the deal the commission agreed to, which leaves natural gas customers paying more each month for the next 25 years.

The extra eight dollars per month on the bill goes to cover the cost of over one billion dollars in bonds OG&E floated to pay for high-priced natural gas during the 2021 winter storm.
