Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms a tire came off a Southbound I-35 vehicle in Moore and ended up airborne in the northbound lanes, causing a chain-reaction accident. The tire flew through the windshield of the van, causing the driver minor injuries before exiting out of the van’s back doors, and then the tire hit two more cars.
