Changes at the Oklahoma corporation commission

As the Oklahoma Corporation Commission prepares for another meeting, issues involving Commissioner Todd Hiett are on the agenda.  Commissioner Kim David is expected to take over as chairman for Hiett. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
