Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum says his city is taking a new approach to dealing with people experiencing a mental health crisis.

That is part of Tulsa’s new approach to handling issues connected to homelessness. Bynum says the city’s goal of 500 million dollars invested in affordable housing has been reached and exceeded in less than a year.
