One of Oklahoma's very own will be representing the Down syndrome community in the Big Apple.
Connor Phillips of Piedmont will be part of the annual national down syndrome society’s time square video presentation. Connor’s photo is one of 500 that was selected from more than 2400 entries.
The video will be streamed on the internet in September.
