The controversial “immigration bill” has been receiving negative attention. The largest group in the state opposed to the bill are Latinos, like StitchCrew CEO Erika Lucas. Lucas says the bill doesn’t consider the negative impact it would have on the state’s economy.
Lucas, along with other Oklahoma legislators, also says the bill ignores the amount of money the state collects from undocumented Oklahomans in taxes.
