Corporation Commission Plugs Abandoned Oil and Gas Wells with Federal Funds

The State Corporation Commission is now plugging abandoned oil and gas wells using federal dollars issued by the Biden Administration. Southwest Ledger reporter Mike Ray provided details on the subject.

“…the commission estimates there are more than 17,000 abandoned wells…,” Ray said.
