If an expectant mother in Oklahoma has a medical marijuana card, she can’t be charged with child neglect for smoking cannabis.  The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals upheld a lower court’s ruling throwing out charges against Ponca City woman Amanda Aguilar.  She admitted to smoking marijuana while pregnant to ease her morning sickness.
