Money intended for U.S. Military bases worldwide, including those in Oklahoma, may take a while to be delivered because of a looming battle over cultural issues included in the bill.
This year’s defense appropriation bill is going to spark heated debate and scores of amendments. The measure has hundreds of millions of dollars for Oklahoma military bases but will not see smooth sailing because of what House GOP members have included in the bill.
