In the last two special elections in Oklahoma, the Republican candidates won, but the state Democratic party is seeing indications that trends may be starting to change.
The results even surprised national political pundits who saw the same numbers and questioned if bright-red Oklahoma may be shifting political winds. Andrews says her goal is to keep the needle moving, finding good candidates that run solid volunteer-based campaigns.
