The minority leader of the Oklahoma House of Representatives says she still feels public money should be spent only on public education. Democrat Cyndi Munson talks about the parent choice tax credit program which had to be delayed last week when application problems emerged.
More than 140 private schools have signed up to be part of the program. The state is paying a private firm three million dollars to administer it.
