Federal Court Lawsuit Places Oklahoma Elected Officials At Odds

Governor Stitt and Attorney General Gentner Drummond are at odds over a side deal the governor made on gaming compacts with smaller Indian nations.


The state Supreme Court has already ruled the deal in violation of state law, but because the Federal government did not move to stop it, other tribes filed suit.
