Federal Highway Administration Looks to Get Rid of Quirky Highway Messages

Some state officials say this is a case of federal government overreach. The Federal Highway Administration has given the states two years to get rid of the quirky and sometimes funny messages on highway sign boards such as “Hocus-Pocus, Drive with Focus.”
