Former OU Football Coach Barry Switzer received recognition from the State Senate today. Switzer’s teams won numerous games over rivals like Texas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma State. Switzer, who coached OU from 1973 to 1988, says the success was the result of finding the best players and the best coaches.
