The fast response of Payne County Game Warden Josey Branch saved a one-year-old girl who was fishing with her family at Lake Carl Blackwell.
Game wardens were checking for fishing licenses at the lake when the girl fell in the water. Branch jumped into the water along with the girl’s father and brought her safely back to shore.
