A state senator is carrying a bill to require voters to present some form of valid photo ID to cast a ballot. A bill presented by State Senator George Burns would require voters to present a state ID, tribal identification, license, or federal ID that is up-to-date and valid.
Service Oklahoma would be required to start producing new voter ID cards with photo identification free of charge.
