The Oklahoma State Board of Equalization certifies the Legislature will have 11.1 billion dollars in authorized funds to spend for fiscal year 2025. Governor Stitt says it’s now time for the legislature to pass tax relief bills.
The Governor adds news from the Board of Equalization is not an invitation for the Legislature to spend all that money. The Governor says lawmakers must continue to practice fiscal conservatism by returning excess revenue back to Oklahomans in the form of tax cuts.
