Governor Kevin Stitt, who has sent Oklahoma National Guardsmen to the border, is not sure if he’ll sign an anti-immigrant bill that’s already cleared the House. While Stitt says he sees a state role in securing borders, he is conflicted about what the bill's impact would be on those who have been in Oklahoma for many years—a big part of the state's workforce. Stitt plans meetings with the Mexican Consular General over the bill.
