Governor Stitt recently appeared on a panel with Texas Governor Greg Abbott talking about energy. Stitt sent some Oklahoma Army Reserves to the Texas border last year, but so far nothing is planned this year.
The deployment of two weeks cost the state more than 544-thousand dollars. Stitt says all Abbott must do is just whistle, and he’ll send guardsmen back to the border.
