The Oklahoma Broadband Governing Board has approved major service expansion projects that will bring high-speed internet service to thousands of homes. Broadband Office Executive Director Mike Sanders calls this a historic event.

Work starts as soon as the grant applications are submitted, and rural residents will be online in two years or less.
