It's Getting Rad With Waves In Tulsa

The hottest new item to buy in Tulsa is a surf board.  Not what you might expect. The Tulsa World reports, part of the 50-million-dollar project on the Arkansas River in Tulsa, includes plates on the river bed that create a series of waves up to five feet high.  As one surfer put it, It’s pretty rad.
