The Oklahoma Supreme Court is being asked by three state lawmakers to disqualify Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett from hearing rate cases for public utilities. The lawmakers say three pending rate hikes are tainted because of Hiett’s admission to an alcohol problem which was part of a male groping incident of a person who works for one of those public utilities.
