Something is wrong with mail delivery in Newkirk Oklahoma. At least 40 percent of the towns residents aren’t receiving their monthly electricity bills from city hall. City Manager Ryan Smykil filed a complaint with the postal service. He says the bills are mailed from Newkirk to the sorting facility in Tulsa and then sent back to residents. As postage costs are increasing the town is looking at changing over to electronically sending out the bills and bypassing the postal service.
