Measure to Require Dispensaries to Sell Only Pre-Packaged Products Introduced to Stitt

Since medical marijuana became legal, dispensaries have sold the product out of large glass containers and allowed buyers to smell the products. That would all change if the Governor signed House Bill 3361 into law.  It is on his desk now. The measure would require dispensaries to sell only pre-packaged products.  If the Governor signs it, the new law will go into effect in June of 2025.
