The results of a two-year-old secret investigation are close to becoming public. Documents compiled in two investigations into alleged financial and sexual misconduct by former OU president David Boren are being examined by a Cleveland County judge as part of an open records lawsuit followed by the online news site, NonDoc, two years ago.
