Big plans are taking shape for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol with the development of a law enforcement training center in Lincoln County. Public Safety Commissioner Tim Tipton says it includes the construction of a driver training facility, gun ranges, and dormitories.
Tipton says the training center in Burns Flat training site will be moved to the new center.
