House and Senate negotiators are back at the table again today to try and hammer out a new state budget. Senate President Pro Tem Greg Treat started day five of the talks listing major issues that need resolution.
Negotiators did find some agreement on those issues but one major one that remains is how to break up 350 million dollars to pay for some deferred maintenance on state buildings, universities, and state parks.
