New Tulsa Ordinance Bans Blocking of City Sidewalks

Tulsa is adding to its ordinance that bans things blocking city sidewalks. The new ordinance expands that list, as it is already illegal to camp on a Tulsa city sidewalk. The fine for blocking a Tulsa sidewalk could be up to 100 dollars.
