next step u.s. supeme court

A request that the state Supreme Court stay its ruling against the nation’s first tax supported  virtual charter school is rejected by the Court.  The 7 to 1 ruling means the last shot for the catholic church’s plans is the U.S. Supreme Court. Still pending is a decision from the court on the Attorney General’s request that the school board be held in contempt if it doesn’t follow the order to end the contract with the church.
