No guns for those with restraining orders


Federal law requires people with restraining orders against them to surrender their firearms to police.  And now the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld that law.  Megan Martin with the Domestic Violence Intervention Service of Tulsa says this was a critically important decision. Oklahoma is number one in the nation for acts of domestic violence and second in the nation for women murdered by their male partners usually with a gun.
