The Oklahoma County Election Board certified just over 41-hundred signatures in a petition for a grand jury investigation into Commissioner Myles Davidson. Those who wanted the investigation apparently needed 5 thousand to get that done. Davidson tells our media partners at News 9 he is ready to move on from this distraction. Backers of the petition drive believe there was some type of deal between Davidson and the owner of the property slated to be the home of a new county detention center. Davidson has denied the allegations.
