Office of Management and Enterprise Services Hears Large Number of Complaints Against State Workers

Complaints against state workers are heard by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. A complaint serious enough could cost a state worker their job. Braden Love is the Mediation Program Manager and says workers have rights. The department handled 360 cases last year.
