State Troopers are asking Oklahomans to slow down. Recently a trooper pulled over a Mustang on U.S. 177 in Shawnee. The driver was traveling 104 mph in a 64-mph zone. That resulted in a 449-dollar ticket. The speeder’s excuse was that he was running late.
