Oklahoma law takes percent of money sent to other countries by those not paying income taxes

Oklahoma takes a one percent fee on every dollar wired to people in other countries. David North at the Center for Immigration Studies says it is surprising other states are not taking part in this.

If you are here legally and pay taxes, North said you will receive that money back when you file your return.
