An Oklahoma lawmaker responds to criticism over what he calls an open records request. Republican State Representative Justin Humphreys says that he and Broke Arrow Republican Kevin McDugle brought the lawsuit to promote transparency in Government. District Attorney Hicks has been critical of the move, but Humphrey accuses him of taking 10 months to respond, only after the suit was filed, centered on the Richard Glossip case.
