Oklahoma lawmakers have conducted an interim study that could restructure the state’s criminal justice system. Republican State Representative Justin Humphrey says a new system is needed.
Humphrey says he’s not pursuing the people who work in the system and isn’t suggesting programs like diversion court be tossed out. He supports the idea of additional funding for district attorney offices.
