Oklahoma’s attorney general considers legal action against insulin manufacturers

Gentner Drummond believes insulin manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers have been unfair to Oklahomans when it comes to the price of insulin. Drummond is exploring legal action for wrongful conduct that resulted in artificially high prices for insulin. It is estimated that 13 percent of Oklahoma’s adults are diabetic.
