A week after announcing the start of online voter registration, promotions have begun on the new tool. State election board spokesman Misha Mohr said there are many important things to remember when registering to vote online.
“Be sure that you are entering all of the information on your driver's license or state ID card exactly as it appears on your card,” Mohr said.
The online registration is available 25/7, but registrants must receive confirmation 25 days before the election they choose to vote on.
