Six organizations and a group of taxpayers have filed separate requests to submit amicus briefs in the lawsuit over a Catholic virtual school.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond filed the lawsuit against the statewide virtual charter school board after it approved the formation of the Saint Isidore of Seville seven weeks ago.

The Oklahoma State School Board rejected the request from State Superintendent Ryan Walters and the Board of Education to intervene.
