Covid-19 rates are rising as students are heading back-to-school. Mike Mannell with the Oklahoma State Department of Health says, stay vigilant with respiratory illnesses we know they are seasonal in Oklahoma and across the country. Oklahoma had fifty-one confirmed cases in mid-July and that is expected to go up.
