State School Superintendent Ryan Walters launched the meeting of the state School Board with a rant of complaints about the Biden Administration. He is proud that Oklahoma was the first state to sue over the expansion of Title 9 discrimination rules to include transgender students.
Walters says President Biden is not welcome in Oklahoma for allowing what he calls an invasion at the southern border.
